Berea College Facilities Maintenance and Auxiliary Maintenance Buildings

The goal of this project was to unify the Berea College Facilities Maintenance Departments into a single facility to improve facilities maintenance efficiency for the campus. The new 37,445 SF Facilities Maintenance Building includes office space, maintenance work areas, and a multipurpose lunchroom/classroom. The 15,504 SF Auxiliary Maintenance Building includes vehicle repair area with two lifts, vehicle wash bay, bus storage, campus recycling center, offices, and 30 electric cart maintenance vehicle charging/parking spaces. Both buildings are pre-engineered metal buildings with brick masonry at lower portion of wall and cedar siding at the upper portion of the wall.
